SERVICE WALKTHROUGH

ESCROW

Open escrow and send out introductory email to all parties noting all contingencies and deadlines.

REVIEW

Ensure that all documents are fully executed and in compliance with Office Broker Checklist and State mandatory BRE guidelines.

REPORTS

Upload completed documents and reports to Broker’s online transaction management service.

DISCLOSURES

Prepare/Request all documents and disclosures from agent’s zip forms.

STATUS UPDATES

Verify appraisal has been ordered and request loan status updates.

FILE DELIVERY

Deliver complete file to buyer/seller at the close of escrow with two CD’s to client and agent or one USB stick.

COORDINATOR SERVICES

Coordinate with escrow to order NHD, Home Warranty & Preliminary Title Report.

CONTINGENCY REMINDERS

Issue contingency reminders, updates, and follow ups on outstanding items.

CLOSING
